We are seeking a skilled 2D Animator to join our animation team. As a 2D Animator, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing 2D animations for a variety of projects, including animated series, commercials, and interactive media.
Responsibilities
- Character Animation: Produce engaging and expressive character animations that convey emotions and actions, contributing to compelling storytelling.
- Storyboard Interpretation: Bring storyboards to life by creating 2D animations that align with the project’s artistic and creative vision.
- Object and Background Animation: Animate inanimate objects and backgrounds to enhance the overall visual appeal and narrative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the animation team, illustrators, and other departments to ensure animation consistency and quality.
- Feedback Integration: Actively participate in feedback sessions to improve animations and make necessary adjustments.
- Technical Proficiency: Stay updated on 2D animation software and tools, with a strong understanding of techniques and industry trends.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards for fluidity, timing, and artistic excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 2D animator with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills.
- Proficiency in 2D animation software, such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools.
- Strong artistic abilities, including a keen eye for detail, timing, and character design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment.
- Passion for animation, storytelling, and a desire to create captivating visual experiences.
